Service Rates
• Car rental with driver for travel within Bangkok and
surrounding areas:
• 5 hours: 5,500 THB per day
• 10 hours: 8,000 THB per day
• Car rental with driver for out-of-town travel:
Starting from 8,000 THB per day
• Car rental with driver for airport transfers:
One-way trip: 3,500 THB per trip
(all-inclusive, no additional charges)

The rental price does not include fuel, toll fees, parking fees, and other travel-related expenses.

The working period is 10 hours (calculated from the time the customer is picked up until the 10-hour limit is reached).

Overtime rate: 500 THB per hour.

For trips outside the province, if accommodation is not provided for the driver by the customer, an additional fee of 800 THB per night will be charged for the driver’s lodging.

The number of passengers is limited to no more than 6 people.

A deposit of 30% of the total rental fee must be paid in advance.

For cancellations after the deposit has been paid:
• If the cancellation is made at least 7 days before the travel
date, the company will refund the deposit.
• If the cancellation is made less than 7 days before the
travel date, the company reserves the right to withhold
the deposit.
8. For cancellations or reductions in rental days during the
rental period, the company will charge the full rental fee as
agreed in the quotation.
Car Rental Booking Process

A deposit of 30% of the total rental fee, or as agreed upon, must be paid in advance.

Submit the payment slip via a convenient channel or email it to the service provider.

Provide your name, phone number, pick-up location, and pick-up time to the service provider.

The service provider will send a booking confirmation slip to the renter to confirm the reservation.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel the reservation after paying the deposit but at least 7 days before the travel date, the company will refund the deposit. However, if the cancellation is made less than 7 days before the travel date, the company reserves the right to withhold the deposit.
